In a move that will bring joy to all Final Fantasy fans, Square Enix has announced the release of one of the hottest game in the long running series, The Final Fantasy IX on mobile and PC later this year.
.. The game will initially be released in Japan but Square Enix remains mum as to when it will be released in other markets.
. . It is not confirmed as to how much the game will be improved and sharpened but the trailer does show some promise. We did see more sharpened and higher resolution version of some of the characters from the game. Square Enix has promised better graphics; new achievements, a new high-speed and auto-save mode and multiple gameplay boosting features.
. . Also what will sound as more music to the Final Fantasy fans, game director Hajimi Tabata announced Final Fantasy XV, to be released this year.
. . This will be the first non-MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) title in the franchise. Also it set to deviate from the well established mechanics of the franchise especially in battles. We can say that it does carry a lot of expectations but if it will be able to deliver on them is yet to be seen.
. . With the release of these two titles Square Enix has given its fans plenty to cheer about this year but to see how these games finally pan out, we’ll have to wait and watch.
